Fresh sprouts and microgreens FAQs

How do I order fresh sprouts or microgreens?
Email admin@ozsprout.com.au with the varieties, quantity and date required. We confirm availability and arrangements before growing.
How much notice do I need to give?
Lead time depends on the crop and quantity. Contact us early, especially for events or regular supply, and wait for confirmation before relying on a particular date.
Can I collect fresh produce or have it delivered?
Ask us to confirm the available arrangements for your order. Fresh produce needs separate planning from dry seed orders.
How should I store fresh sprouts and microgreens?
Refrigerate promptly and follow the product’s storage directions. Keep produce protected from contamination and use it promptly while fresh.
Should I wash fresh produce before use?
Follow the product’s preparation instructions and use clean drinking-quality water. Washing does not eliminate all microbial risk; sprouts should be thoroughly cooked for people at increased risk of foodborne illness.
