Large Raw Macadamia Nuts

Proper storage and handling will help maintain freshness, flavour and product quality. Always follow any storage directions printed on the individual product packaging.

Nuts: Store nuts in a clean, airtight container. For best freshness, refrigeration is recommended, particularly after opening or for longer-term storage. Nuts may also be frozen for extended storage. Keep them protected from heat, moisture, direct sunlight and strong-smelling foods.

Dried Fruit: Keep dried fruit securely sealed in its original packaging or an airtight container and store in a cool, dry and dark place. Protect from moisture and humidity, and reseal promptly after each use. Refrigeration may be useful in warm or humid conditions.

Nut Butters: Keep the lid tightly closed and store according to the directions on the product label. Refrigeration is recommended for many natural nut butters after opening and can help maintain freshness for longer. Natural oil separation may occur; stir thoroughly before use where appropriate.

Handling: Always use clean, dry utensils when removing nuts, dried fruit or nut butter from larger containers. Avoid introducing water, food crumbs or other contaminants into opened products.

Before Use: Inspect products before eating and discard any showing signs of mould, unusual odour, unexpected moisture, deterioration or other signs of spoilage.

Best Quality: Use products by their stated best-before date and follow any product-specific storage instructions provided on the packaging or product page.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and weight, delivery address and available carrier services. We use Australia Post and other carriers to provide suitable delivery options and rates.

Dispatch

Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 0–2 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays and unusually busy periods.

Delivery Times

Delivery times begin from the date your order is dispatched. As a general guide, Australia Post Parcel Post usually takes 2–6 business days, while Express Post generally takes 1–3 business days where available.

Regional and remote destinations may take longer. Orders containing seed sent to Western Australia, Tasmania or other biosecurity-controlled destinations may also require additional processing or inspection.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, peak periods and biosecurity requirements.

Tracking

All shipped orders include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its progress.

Authority to Leave

Depending on the carrier and delivery service, your parcel may be left in a safe location if no one is available to receive it. You can provide delivery instructions during checkout where supported by the carrier; however, specific delivery requests cannot always be guaranteed.

Local Pickup – Riverstone, NSW

Local pickup can be selected at checkout when available. Please allow approximately 2–3 business days for your order to be prepared.

Wait until we contact you to confirm that your order is ready and arrange a suitable collection time.

Please do not attend the warehouse without an appointment. All pickups are strictly by prior arrangement.

Seed Biosecurity – WA & Tasmania

Seeds and other plant material may be subject to state biosecurity restrictions.

Western Australia has specific entry requirements for seed, and seed consignments may be inspected by Quarantine WA. Tasmania also regulates the importation of viable seed, with additional requirements applying to certain species and consignments.

Requirements vary by seed species, quantity and destination and may change over time. Customers in Western Australia, Tasmania and other biosecurity-controlled areas should check current state requirements before ordering.

Where an order contains seed that cannot meet applicable biosecurity requirements, we may need to contact you before dispatch or remove affected products from the order.
